Technical parameter is as follow:

1. Tips quality & Grade. 
    It depends on Cobalt and Nickel alloy composition in segment, as well as the proportion of Carbon. 
    We have total 7 different grades, and we will produce it according to application & price. 
    There has some differences between Medium-quality saw and Low-quality saw. 
2. Physical & Chemical properties of steel Blank. 
   Core: 65Mn, High-carbon steel, it meets the international standards. 
3. Hook Aangle: 0 ~ -7 degree. 
4. Hardness: 38 ~ 40 
5. Radial Run Out: 0.05mm (We used to adopt automatic welding teeth) 
6. Tension: 6.5kg (Medium-quality), 4kg (Low-quality) 
7. Smooth: 80 ~ 100 
8. Parallel: 0.15mm
