TCT saw blade (Conic scoring saw blades for MDF, HDF, particle board, laminates, and bonded materials)

Conic scoring saw bladesare fabricated by the excellent alloyed steel plates SKS51 from Japan, Ceratizit Ultrafine grade carbide tips and Sandwich brazing solder as well as panel saw blades. The saw blades are carried to perfect heat treatment, dynamic balance and tensioning to ensuring premium results.To solve the problem of a material chipping at the bottom is best done with a main blade and a scoring saw blade, held in precise alignment to each other and turning in opposite directions.

Panel circular saw blade and Scoring circular saw blade are designed for use on panel machines for cutting MDF, HDF, particle board, laminates, and bonded materials. The circular saw blades are made with Ceratizit ultrafine grade carbide tips for longer life.

Material: Japan SKS51 steel plates, Ceratizit carbide tips, Sandwiche soldering flakes.

Brazing: By Germany automatic induction brazing machines to eliminate inherent problem.

Tension: The pressurz ring disperses the stress throughout the blade and eliminates distortion and warping.

Dynamic balancing and straightness: These process diminish saw blade run out and vibration and enhance the precision.

Quality control: Each saw blade is checked by many checking procedures to insure the quality.
