Description
The CNC profile bending machine is a kind of arc down-adjusting three roller plate bending machine. It is a special device that can bend various kinds of profiles into arc workpieces. This profile bender adopts horizontal structure and is extensively used in petroleum, chemical, shipbuilding,water and electricity, metal structure, machinery manufacturing, etc. CNC profile bending machine mainly consists of bed, edge roller, carrier roller, mechanical transmission parts, electrical parts, hydraulic system, mould, and so on. In addition to this profile bender, our company also offers hydraulic profile bending machine.

Characteristics

1. The CNC profile bending machine is produced by introducing foreign company technology. It has the function of pre-bending profiles.
2. The three work rolls are all main drive rollers driven by hydraulic motor and gear. The two lower rolls of the CNC profile bender can do arc going up and down movement around the fixed rotation center.
3. CNC profile bending machine is equipped with carrier roller and guide roller device on the both sides of work rolls that can ensure the bending quality of asymmetrical cross-section profiles.
4. The straightening roll of the CNC profile bender can do the following three movements: up and down movement, arc lifting movement along with the lower roll and rotational movement that can ensure the molding quality of profiles in rolling process.
